About the Course

What is a Level 3 Course?

Level 3 is GCE (A Level) standard, so it is suitable for Teaching Assistants and teachers alike.

Do I need to be a practising Teacher or TA?

You will need to be in a teaching or support role to gain the maximum benefit. Each course module encourages practice and reflection. You ideally need at least one student or tutee to work with.

Who designed the course?

Ai Enabled Educator courses are created by highly qualified teachers and tech crew, in collaboration with Ai itself. Each course is peer reviewed and frequently updated to incorporate up to the minute changes in the world of Ai technology.

What if I fail the course?

Most participants pass the first or second time, but you are allowed unlimited retakes of the final assessment. Some quizzes may have a passing score, but you’ll always get another attempt.

Is there a time limit?

Because our courses are designed for you to have space for practice and reflection, you can return to the course at any time you like, 24/7, for as many times as you need to. You can re-watch lessons and retake quizzes as many times as you like. You can progress at your own pace. Each lesson or topic you complete is ticked off in your dashboard. You can see your overall progress at a glance.

Are there assignments or just video/text lesson?

The courses include practical assignments. Details are shown on each course page.

What devices can I use to access the course?

You can access courses on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile.

Do I need to download any software?

No – everything is online. All you need is an internet connection.

How do I enrol on a course?

Simply click the Enrol now button on the course page, complete checkout, and you’ll get instant access.

Can I access the course materials after I complete it?

Yes – your account stays active so you can re-watch or review lessons at any time.

Technical Support

How do I create an account?

When you purchase or enrol on a course, an account is created for you automatically. You’ll receive a welcome email with your login details.

How do I log in to the course?

Click the Login link at the top of the page and enter your email address and password.

I forgot my password – how can I reset it?

On the login page, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions. You’ll get a reset link by email.

Payments & Enrolment

Can I buy multiple seats/licenses for a team?

Yes – we offer group enrolments. Please see our Organisations page and contact us for details and bulk discounts.

Certificates & Completion

Will I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes – once you complete all lessons and quizzes, you can download a digital certificate.

How do I download my certificate?

Go to your course dashboard and click Download Certificate once the course is marked as complete.

Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn or my CV?

Absolutely – you can upload your certificate to LinkedIn, print it, or add it to your CV.

Technical Issues

The video/audio isn’t playing – what should I do?

First, check your internet connection and refresh the page. If the issue continues, try another browser. Still stuck? Contact us
